Creating an account is easy and can be done in two ways. You can go into the ACCESS AREA and click Sign Up. This will take you to the sign up page, and follow the instructions on screen or you will automatically be directed there when you have chosen and paid for the module or journey you would like to follow.
The account typically holds all the information a client provides on set up. On this page, one can find the profile information, password accessibility, all the certificates of achievements, the billing and order history and any other notifications.
After having created your account you are taken to your 'Dashboard' on our platform. This is a service that we offer FREE of charge to all our clients.
On this platform, you can access all your purchased modules and journeys. It allows you to start or continue the course at your leisure. It also shows the progress for each module or journey chosen, and allows for submissions of work for expert review where this applies.
To reduce the likelihood of your account being compromised, we have set out a set of guidelines we recommend you follow when setting up your account.
1. Create a strong password
Using a unique password is an effective way to protect your account and prevent unauthorized access. When selecting your password, you should consider:
a) Letter or numbers in sequential order (e.g. abcdefgh, 12345678)
b) Repeated letters or numbers (e.g. dddddddd, 88888888)
c) Words that are commonly used in the dictionary or across the internet
d) Words related to our site or platform (e.g. “practicalsustainability”)
e) Your own name/email address, or words you might use on your social media a/cs
f) Don’t use obvious numbers (e.g. numbers that are your birthday or phone number
2. Change your password periodically
It is highly advisable that a password is changed periodically. It is indubitably the best way to keep your account secure. When changing your password, we recommend in creating a totally unique one, rather than using a password you’ve already used.
3. How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, simply click “Forgot your password?” on our sign in page and follow the instructions.
The best thing about us that once you purchase your modules and journeys, you'll have access to your account and continue your learning from virtually anywhere and at a time that suits you.
The website and platform can be accessed freely on any computer, tablet or mobile.
CAN THE MODULE/JOURNEY BE ACCESSED AFTER COMPLETION?
Every module and journey have an access time limit. This is usually 3 months but can be extended with no issues on request. This is done to close the window and prevent any unauthorized copies from being circulated.
So, the answer to the question is 'Yes' - you will continue to have access to the respective modules or journeys after completion, for a limited period of time, via your 'Dashboard' and provided that your account is in good standing. If you wish to review specific content in any of your modules after you finish them, or feel you should take them again, you can do so freely until their access time expires.
MODULES BOUGHT ON SALE OR WITH A VOUCHER CODE
Access to your dashboard is not affected by the price you paid for the modules or journeys. There will be no restrictions on access. Clients will still have access after completion, regardless of what price they paid for it, or whether they used a discount code to enroll or not. As previously stated, they can be accessed freely until their respective time expires.
ASSESSMENTS
Every module or journey is successfully completed following an assessment. This assessment is a multiple choice questionnaire that is required from the client before the certificate is issued. The pass criteria is 80%.
What happens if the assessment is failed?
If a successful pass is not achieved, the client can retake the assessment as many times as needed at no extra charge.
Access to the modules or journey remains open until it expires, so the client can freely review the content again to refresh the knowledge before retaking the assessment.
CEERTIFICATES
Your dashboard also holds all your certificates. On completion of any module or journey you will be issued with a certificate. These certificates can be accessed at any time, downloaded an unlimited number of times free of charge and shared to other platforms as deemed fit.
CAN MODULES/JOURNEYS BE REMOVED?
We believe in continuous learning and occasionally we may decide to unpublish some modules to update their content. This is usually a fast process and clients are able to regain access swiftly. If this does happen to a module or journey you're enrolled in, please contact us and we'll be ready to help.
Payments are one-time payments that can be made via Debit/Credit card, ClearPay, Klarna or Paypal. All that is required is to follow the instructions given. On payment you will receive an invoice through the e-mail that was provided when creating the account and given access to your dashboard immediately.
At any instance, should you encounter a problem, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
From time to time we issue discounts on our different modules and journeys. These promotional discounts are usually advertised on our social media pages such as our Linkedin Page or on the website. The discount or voucher code can be entered in the payments area and will be applied immediately.

We do our best to provide our clients with good quality and valuable material in our modules and journeys, but we also understand that sometimes they would not suit what our clients would be looking for.
In response to this, should you feel that the module or journey purchased is not for you or your business, and you would like to cancel it, we would honor a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. All we ask is you let us know so we can make things right. Please note that on cancellation, all certificates will be cancelled too.
We regret that any refund requests sent after the 48 hour window of the product being purchased will not be honored. A cancellation and refund request can be done by contacting us on practicalsustainability.coach@gmail.com

Each module is theoretical as well as practical with tasks being given throughout to check understanding and achieve something of value at the end.
After completing each module, the client is prompted to take a multiple choice assessment in order to attain the completion certificate.
We do not like to put unnecessary pressure on our clients, so, if unsuccessful at first, the assessment can be taken as many times as needed, with no extra charge, within its accessibility timeframe. Additionally, the course material will also remain available to revisit as many times as necessary until it expires.
The learning content can be accessed on any electronic device as long as there is an internet connection. This means that the modules and journeys can be accessed anywhere, using a smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer!
Yes, the learning content can be purchased and accessed worldwide - as long as there is an internet connection.
The duration varies and depends on many factors. It primarily depends on the business, its scope and complexity of the strategy required.
Each module and journey has a timeline but we understand that every organization is different and in case where a full journey is taken up, we will work with you to determine a timeline that meets your needs. Our aim to achieve a successful sustainability strategy with tangible outcomes is 90 days.

Each module and journey in itself have tasks that the client is recommended to complete in order to accomplish a successful strategy. Apart from this, each module has an assessment that must be completed before the certificate for that module is issued.
This certificate is issued on the basis that the module or journey has been followed thoroughly and it serves as proof of competence, understanding and excellent application of standard and method theories into practice.
